Every Bossi is built to order, tailored to your fit, riding goals, and aesthetic preferences. This page walks you through the steps from your first contact through to design, build, and delivery

THE PROCESS

1. Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a conversation.

We’ll learn about your riding style, goals, budget, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This helps us recommend the right frame, components, and setup for your needs.

Consultations can be done in person at our Sydney studio or online via video or email. There’s no obligation - it’s simply a chance to explore what’s possible and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

At the end of the consultation, we’ll provide an accurate estimate/quote based on your preferred options.

2. Deposit

If you’re happy with the estimate provided after your initail consultation, the next step is to arrange a deposit to confirm your order.

This secures your place in our production queue and allows us to begin preparing your build.

Once the deposit has been received, we can move into the design stage

3. DESIGN STAGE

With your deposit in place, we begin the design stage - a one-hour consultation where we finalise the details of your build.

During this session, we’ll confirm your fit and sizing, component selections, finish details, and any other preferences to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your needs.

After the consultation, we’ll prepare a final invoice and confirm your production lead time before moving into the build phase.

4. Build Kit Review

After the design consultation, we’ll prepare a final, fully itemised invoice outlining your complete build kit with every component, finish, and detail of your bike.

We’ll ask you to review this carefully and confirm. If needed, we can arrange a 30-minute review session to go through the invoice together and make any final adjustments.

Once the build kit is confirmed, your order moves into production.

Please note that any additional consultation or design changes beyond this point fall outside the standard order process and will be billed accordingly.

5. BUILD DAY

This is where the fun starts! After all components have been received we will build your bike. Once complete, we will arrange a photo shoot in our studio so you can see your new ride prior to delivery.

6. DELIVERY

For local customers we will arrange a time for you to collect your new bike from our store. For interstate or overseas customers we carefully and securely package your complete bike and dispatch with our freight forwarders after balance payment is received.
