Before we even think about welding, our titanium tubes go through multiple deep cleans and stored in sanitary containers waiting for the jig. Any oil, dust, or residue that sneaks into a weld can cause weaknesses, and we’re not about to let that happen. Cheaper manufacturers might skip this step, but we’re in the business of making frames that last a lifetime, not just a few seasons.
