Overview
The Rim
Our lightweight rim is manufactured from a blend of Torayca T700/800 carbon and is produced from a single mould resulting in a light, stiff, and durable construction free from voids. The bladder is painstakingly removed through the spoke holes and not cut and patched like other brands. Designed and optimised specifically for disc brakes and wider tyres, the rim features a large 22mm internal width which significantly improves tyre sidewall support and aerodynamics. Our carbon rims come in three depths (30,40,50mm) Our 30mm rims produce our lightest wheels which are excellent for climbing. The 40mm rim offers balanced aerodynamic gains and light weight making it an attractive 'all rounder'. The 50mm rim makes for our fastest wheel which holds speed exceptionally well, albeit with a slight weight penalty over the shallower rims. Our wheels are engineered to withstand the stresses of both road and gravel riding, so ride them hard.
This is what sets our wheels apart. From the outside it seems all carbon wheels are the same, but it's what happens behind the scenes that tells the full story. Our wheels our built to exceptionally high standards and exacting tolerances. To start, all spokes are cleaned and threads treated with an anti-friction/ anti-vibration coating. This helps maintain spoke tension for years to come and prevents galvanic corrosion between nipple and spoke. Each wheel is then laced, dished and trued to +/- 0.1mm (radial and lateral). The final step is the most important, spoke tension variation is balanced below 5% meaning that the spokes are working evenly to keep your wheel true. A wheel with low spoke tension variation should never break and offer significantly better balance. To pull that into perspective, most off-the-shelf wheels build to <20% tension variation resulting in wheels that either fail to stay true or fail entirely. The componentry is world class: Your choice of either Chris King, DT Swiss, or Bossi hubsets, offering unrivaled performance and durability, especially when knitted with legendary SAPIM CX-Ray spokes and nipples. All wheels are proudly backed by a straightforward 5 year warranty.

What's In The Box?
Each wheelset comes with DT Swiss tubeless tape installed, tubeless valves, spare spokes, and wheel build report. As standard wheelsets are shipped with Shimano 11s freehub bodies. For XD/ XDR/ or Campagnolo, please make notes in checkout.
