In previous years owning a titanium bike was a pipe dream for most. The material is notoriously expensive and difficult to work so was avoided by the mass market and reserved for artisan builders, produced in small quantities, and priced accordingly. We believe that titanium is the ultimate frame building material due its durability, magical ride quality, corrosion resistance, and timeless aesthetic. Our purpose is to make riding a hand-crafted titanium bike more accessible. We are proud to partner with the world’s leading manufacturers who help bring our designs to market at a reasonable price. Welding is a skill set that takes decades to perfect and we employ those that are masters of their craft. Our frames are handcrafted in China to exacting standards and go through rigorous QC and testing protocols to ensure ultimate quality, safety, and durability.

We understand that the decision to buy a titanium bike is not made quickly. You’ve been dreaming about this build for quite some time and have a vision of how it should be. We believe that if you’re investing in your forever bike it not only needs to fit like a glove but should be personalized and tailored for purpose. As such, every single build that we assemble is completely custom with no two bikes ever being the same. We will consult with you on fitting and componentry to ensure the build is purposeful, comfortable, within budget, and most importantly, special. If our stock frame geometries or features aren’t appropriate we will work with you on a custom design to cater for your needs.
COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
“To finish first, you must first finish” – This is the mantra we live and breathe here at Bossi. The foundation of every design and every build has durability as paramount. Each design has been tested in house to exceed ISO 4210 standards ensuring that our frames will stand the test of time. Every frame goes through a minimum of seven complete QC checks before leaving the factory floor covering alignment, weld quality, tolerance, and finish. Once landed in Australia we ream, tap, and face every contact point to ensure perfect alignment before commencing a build. Where other brands assemble en masse on a production line, we choose to assemble our builds locally, individually, and methodically to ensure our customers are getting the best quality builds.
