Shipping & Return Policy

We at Bossi Bicycles endeavour to make your retail experience as pain free as possible and as such allow our customers to make risk free purchases with our 30 day return policy. Any product can be returned for a refund/exchange if the product is in new and unused/resalable condition with packaging and labels intact, all we need is your proof of purchase.

Need a different size?
You’ll find valuable information throughout our website to help you make confident decisions when choosing the right size for your bike. If for whatever reason you feel you require a different size you can return or exchange the bike during the 30 day return period if the bike is unused and void of any wear. We recommend testing the bike indoors to ensure the fit is right before venturing out and on the roads. A reputable local bike shop will have the necessary equipment to allow you to test size and fit without risking wear and tear on your new bike. Returns and refunds are subject to inspection and are at our discretion. Contact us either by phone or email and we can help you arrange pickup and delivery for your returning goods.

Proof of Purchase
In line with consumer laws, the customer must provide proof of purchase when requesting returns. For online purchases the invoice will be sent to the email address registered by the customer during checkout. Customers purchasing instore will be provided a printed receipt and/or emailed invoice (if requested).

Domestic Delivery
Products are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order

Sydney Metro:
1-2 Business days (or same day pickup)

Melbourne & Brisbane Metro:
2-3 Business days

Canberra Metro:
Usually 1-2 business days

Adelaide Metro
Usually 2-4 business days

Perth Metro and regional Australia
Up to 4-6 business days

International Delivery

We offer door to door shipping internationally through TNT/FEDEX and DHL*. As per Australian regulations, all prices shown on the website include a 10% GST (VAT). For international customers, a separate invoice will be created with GST (VAT) removed. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid prior to receiving goods. These rates are calculated by your local customs office and are not included in our freight forwarders fees. Please consult your local customs office for breakdown of duties and taxes in your region.

Wheelset = $225 AUD
Forks = $70 AUD * dispatched via Australia Post
Small parts = $40 AUD * dispatched via Australia Post
