    • HOW TO ORDER
    1. SEND AN ENQUIRY

    Send us an email or give us a call so we can get to know you. Let us know your ideas for your new bike and what you'd like to see included. The more information the better so don't be shy.
    2. CONSULTATION

    We'll respond to your enquiry within 24 hours and answer any immediate questions you may have. We'll then schedule a free 1 hour consultation either in store or over the phone, to gain a full understanding of your needs, define the scope of the build, discuss budget and provide indicative costs (full itemised invoiced supplied in stage 3), communicate estimated lead times, and answer any questions you may have about our designs or features. At this point we will confirm whether our products are suitable and that we can deliver based on your budget, requirements, and expected delivery date. If you're happy to proceed you can place your deposit and progress to he design stage.

    3. DESIGN STAGE

    After confirming your order, we will take a deep dive into component selection, bike fit and measurement, ergonomics, finish options, lead time, and provide a complete itemised build kit tailored specifically to your requirements.

    An advantage of a custom build is that it fits like a glove from the very first ride. For local customers, we conduct bike fitting in store to select frame and component sizes. For interstate or international customers we can model off existing bikes or direct you to professional fitters in your area. We provide every customer with personalised reports and CAD drawings of their bike fit.

    Once the full build kit has bee confirmed, any required components will be ordered and your estimated build date will be provided.

    4. BUILD DAY

    This is where the fun starts! After all components have been received we will build your bike. Once complete, we will arrange a photo shoot in our studio so you can see your new ride prior to delivery.
    5. DELIVERY

    For local customers we will arrange a time for you to collect your new bike from our store. For interstate or overseas customers we carefully and securely package your complete bike and dispatch with our freight forwarders after balance payment is received.
