    Our standards
    • All our frames are tested to pass ISO 4210 standards. What this means in the real world is that our frames should never fail under normal riding conditions, and often survive heavy crashes unscathed. To this day we've never had a single frame failure.
    • Wheels built by Bossi adhere to very strict tolerances. Spoke tension variation sits at 5%, radial and lateral true is <0.1mm. All spokes are prepped with anti-friction/anti-seize coatings prior to building.
    • All frames go through eight QC inspections, for parts and complete frames, both during and after production to ensure they are built to spec and tolerance.
    • All framesets go through further QC inspection at Bossi HQ before being forwarded to dealers.

    • Frame Fatigue - Horizontal = 100,000 cycles @ 600N forward, 600N backwards
    • Frame Fatigue - Vertical = 50,000 cycles @ 1200N
    • Frame Impact - Falling Mass = 212mm fall @ 22.5Kg
    • Frame and Fork Assembly - Falling Frame = 200mm fall - M1 (seatpost) @ 30Kg*2, M2 (headtube) @ 10Kg*2, M3 (bottom bracket) @ 50Kg*2

    Rim testing Criteria
    • Flatness < 0.15mm
    • Roundness < 0.2mm
    • Vertical Drop Test = 55J (UCI requires only 40J)
    • Tyre Pressure Test = 150PSI @ < 0.3mm deformation
    • Compression Destructive Test = 664.4KgF
    • Spoke Tension Test = Safe limit 150KgF, Destruction @ 469KgF
    • Rim Brake Track Test = 225 Degrees
