Our frames have been over-engineered to withstand the sustained long-term stresses of cycling and are backed by our 50-year warranty. Our designs blend the quantifiable notions of performance with unquantifiable values (character, ride quality, and durability) to create what we believe are the best bikes for real world riders. No crazy claims on weight or aerodynamics. Just the assurance that our bikes will always last.
Our standards
- All our frames are tested to pass ISO 4210 standards. What this means in the real world is that our frames should never fail under normal riding conditions, and often survive heavy crashes unscathed. To this day we've never had a single frame failure.
- Wheels built by Bossi adhere to very strict tolerances. Spoke tension variation sits at 5%, radial and lateral true is <0.1mm. All spokes are prepped with anti-friction/anti-seize coatings prior to building.
- All frames go through eight QC inspections, for parts and complete frames, both during and after production to ensure they are built to spec and tolerance.
- All framesets go through further QC inspection at Bossi HQ before being forwarded to dealers.

- Rim Brake Track Test = 225 Degrees
