The Strada SS redefines titanium performance for 2025, bringing cutting-edge innovation to our race-inspired, fully integrated frame. Building on the strengths of the previous model, we’ve gifted the Strada SS with increased tyre clearance up to 35c, 3D printed SRAM UDH dropouts, a revised geometry for improved handling, and a new 3D printed seat tube junction that eliminates seat stay welds.
These developments continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in titanium frame production, delivering a more dynamic ride while preserving the signature durability and ride quality that define Bossi bikes. At the heart of the Strada SS remains our titanium casting process, with key components like the head tube and seat tube junctions 3D printed to optimize strength. The seamless seat tube junction, in particular, offers increased frame integrity by eliminating the need for welds at the seat stays, providing an even cleaner, more refined aesthetic.
Aerodynamics continue to be a key feature of the Strada SS. Start with the cockpit, fully internal cabling and aero bars create a clean front end thats aerodynamically optimised. The D-shaped hydroformed down tube, head tube, and seat tube reduce drag without compromising stiffness and ride quality.
The new Strada SS also introduces updated 3D printed SRAM UDH dropouts, offering compatibility with a range of modern drivetrain options. In addition, the T47 bottom bracket supports a broader array of crankset choices, making maintenance and customization more straightforward than ever. Flat-mount disc brakes, 12mm thru-axles, and integrated cable routing complete the modern design, delivering a future-proof ready for any challenge.

Total time to produce a single frame. Every Strada SS frame is meticulously crafted. Hours spent on cutting, mitring, CNC machining, 3D printing, Casting, tube preparation, welding, polishing, laser engraving, frame prep and QC. Precision and passion in every detail.
Time it takes to weld a single frame. Double-passed welding : the first ensures deep penetration and fusion, while the second refines the weld, enhancing strength, durability, and aesthetics while reducing defects and contamination.
Time it takes to polish a Strada SS. Linishing every weld and brushing the surface to perfection. This labor-intensive process ensures a flawless finish, highlighting the craftsmanship behind every frame.
Post fabrication frame preparation. Every Bossi frame is faced, reamed, and tapped after welding ensuring that all contact points are perfect and ready for assembly. An extra step in QC rarely matched by other brands.
Tested to exceed ISO 4210 standards by 15%. Both in terms of load and number of cylces. Ensuring superior durability, and reliability beyond industry requirements. We test to failure in every production run to maintain our strict standards.
Number of QC inspections our frames go through before being approved. From individual parts to full frame. Every detail is inspected and confirmed.
Percantage of frames that undergoe QC by Bossi staff, ensuring flawless craftsmanship, precision, and quality before it reaches the rider.
