Our lightweight titanium all-road bike for fast road riding, long distances, and mixed surfaces.
The Summit is a performance road bike built around a simple principle: the rider who can sustain more power, for longer, goes faster.
Most road bikes are designed around peak performance. The Summit is designed around total performance. A more open hip angle, less upper-body strain, and better weight distribution keep the rider producing power efficiently through the full duration of a ride, not just the sections where an aggressive position can be held.
Fast, precise, and composed on the road. Capable of rough surfaces and light gravel when the route demands it. Built from lightweight titanium with the ride quality, durability, and component compatibility expected from a Bossi.
The Summit's geometry is designed to maximise sustained power output. A higher stack and slightly shorter reach open the hip angle, reduce upper-body strain, and keep the rider in a position that delivers efficient power through the crankset across long efforts. Less fatigue means more usable speed, further into the ride.
A slightly slacker head tube angle, longer wheelbase, and 425 mm chainstays give the Summit confident, planted handling on descents, rougher roads, and faster surfaces. It holds its line under pressure and responds cleanly to steering input, without the nervous front-end character that can cost riders confidence and speed at the wrong moment.
Butted titanium tubing reduces weight through selected tube sections while retaining full strength at the weld zones. The result is a frame that manages vibration and road noise efficiently, preserving rider energy without compromising the responsiveness expected under load.
Clearance for up to 42 mm tyres gives the Summit real setup range. Most riders run 32–35 mm for fast road use, where the added tyre volume improves traction, reduces fatigue on rough surfaces, and keeps pace more consistent. The clearance is there when the route changes. It does not define the bike.
Rack mounts, fender compatibility, and a broader utility provision extend the Summit's range without changing its identity. These details suit riders who use their bikes beyond the weekend ride. The core brief is road performance. Everything else supports it.
T47 bottom bracket, UDH compatibility, flat mount disc brakes, thru-axles, and modern cockpit compatibility give the Summit a durable, serviceable foundation. These standards improve long-term ownership and keep the bike compatible with current and future components.
The Summit was developed around a single performance question: how do you build a road bike that makes the rider faster across the full duration of a ride? The answer is not more stiffness. It is not more aerodynamics. It is a bike that allows the rider to keep producing power because it is not working against them.
Excessive saddle-to-bar drop closes the hip angle, restricts breathing, increases pressure through the upper body, and creates cumulative strain through the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Riders compensate by shifting position, reducing power output, or stopping altogether. The bike that looked fast in the showroom has cost them speed on the road.
The Summit was designed to remove that penalty. A higher stack and slightly shorter reach place the rider in a position that opens the hip angle, improves eye-line, reduces upper-body strain, and supports consistent power delivery through the crankset. The position is not relaxed, it is efficient. That distinction matters.
The handling brief follows the same logic. A slightly slacker head tube angle and longer wheelbase give the Summit confident, planted handling on descents and faster surfaces. Less cognitive load on the front end means more focus on the ride. More focus means more speed.
Tyre clearance and practical utility details extend the Summit's range without altering its purpose. Most riders will run 32–35 mm tyres for fast road and light all-road use. The geometry, weight, and ride character of the bike respond with the tyre size. Larger tyres, more trail, more stability.
The Summit is for the rider who measures performance in average speed, not peak effort. It is a road performance bike. The geometry is not a compromise. It is the performance driver.

The Summit is built around a riding position that supports sustained output across long days in the saddle. The geometry places the rider in a slightly more upright position than a traditional performance road setup, which changes how effort is produced and maintained. With a more open hip angle, the rider is able to generate power without compressing the torso into a restrictive position, allowing breathing to remain steady and rhythmical under load.
This position also reduces cumulative strain through the upper body. Less pressure is carried through the hands, shoulders, and lower back, which means less need to constantly shift or relieve discomfort. Over time, this translates into a more stable effort profile, where energy is directed into forward motion rather than managing fatigue-related movement.
At speed, the Summit feels composed and grounded. A 62mm trail figure, combined with balanced weight distribution, makes the bike feel planted through fast corners and long descents. Steering input remains direct and predictable, the response is immediate and controlled without nervousness.
The titanium frame construction plays a defining role in overall ride quality. Custom-butted tubing is tuned to manage high-frequency road vibration while maintaining efficiency under sustained load. The frame absorbs sharp surface feedback without isolating the rider from the road, preserving clarity of feel while reducing physical fatigue over distance.
Clearance for up to 42mm tyres extends this composure across a wide range of road surfaces. At a typical 32mm road setup, the Summit retains a familiar road feel with added stability and comfort. As tyre volume increases, the bike smooths increasingly rough surfaces without changing its core character.
The result is a road bike designed for consistency. It holds its composure when the ride extends beyond ideal conditions, allowing the rider to maintain pace, position, and control with less physical cost over time.
Core Builds are configured through the options in the product purchase panel at the top of this page. Each build includes a curated specification, with selected rider-specific choices such as cockpit sizing, gearing, wheelset, tyres, saddle, and other available options confirmed before checkout.
Each Bossi is built to order. Once your order is placed, we will review your selected specification, confirm component availability, and provide an estimated build date. Typical Core Build lead times are 2–4 weeks, depending on frame availability, component supply, and current workshop scheduling.
Core Builds are limited to the options shown on this page. If you have a specific specification, component request, or more involved build in mind, please contact us to discuss a Custom Project.
Bossi frames are offered in sizes 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 and 60. The right size for you will depend on more than height alone, including your proportions, flexibility, riding style and fit preferences.
As a general guide:
50 suits smaller riders, typically around 160–168 cm
52 suits riders around 168–173 cm
54 suits riders around 173–178 cm
56 suits riders around 178–183 cm
58 suits riders around 183–188 cm
60 suits taller riders, typically around 188–196 cm
These height ranges are approximate only. Some riders may fall between sizes depending on leg length, torso length, arm length, mobility and desired riding position.
If you are between sizes, the best option will depend on how you want the bike to fit and feel. A smaller size may offer a slightly more compact and responsive fit, while a larger size may provide a little more reach and stack.
If you are unsure which size is right for you, we recommend getting in touch before ordering. We are happy to review your current bike fit, body dimensions and intended use to help guide you into the right size.
Use the size guide on this page as a starting point. The right size will also depend on your proportions, flexibility, riding style and fit preferences. If you are unsure, get in touch and we can help guide you based on your measurements and current bike.
If you've had a professional bike fit before, email us your report and we will guide you through component selection
